When will I get my order?
Social Media, Brand Identity:
Instantly receive your order for download after purchase. The links to download your design files and instructions on how to use are immedicately available.
Squarespace Websites:
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to send the transfer request to your email address.
How do I redownload my order?
You can access your orders and invoices through your Member Account anytime. If you have any issues accessing your past orders, please get in touch with us. Access links will not expire or change so you can come back to the originals any time in the future.
Where will my order be delivered?
Your order will be available for download after purchase digitally on the Order Page and also sent to your email address. If you have ordered a Squarespace template, please allow up to 24 hours to receive your transfer request to your email.
DESIGN SOFTWARE
What software do I need?
Depending on the product of interest, you may need Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Squarespace. Our product listings will state in the description which software is needed. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.
Are stock images included?
Yes, our templates feature royalty-free stock images sourced from creators that contribute on Pexels, Unsplash and Lummi AI.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of digital downloads we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Your satisfaction is important to us and we would like to hear from you if you have any issues with your order. Please reach out to us here.
What is not included in purchase?
Templates are to be customized by the purchaser and therefore personalization by us is not included. Any paid subscriptions needed to access your templates are also not included such as Adobe Illustrator and paid Squarespace plans.
Do you offer sales or promotions?
Yes we offer an on-going promotion of 15% off orders of 2 or more items that is automatically applied at checkout.

With each purchase of our products, you are granted a non-exclusive license to:
1) Use our web and brand templates for your own personal, business and client projects.
2) You may adapt, edit and alter the designs as needed for web design, social media, advertising, flyers and other promotional needs.
3) Each purchase covers multiple project use for personal, business and client work.
Restrictions
You cannot copy, resell, redistribute or use our templates to create derivative templates to sell. You cannot share or transfer your purchase or login credentials with others. You cannot claim intellectual ownership or rights to our products.
